So many wonderful memories.  Our friendship started in 1962, when I spent six months in Australia and Al’s family were wonderful to me (my father and Al’s mother were first first cousin).  We remained friends after she came to England but saw very little of eachother but I will very much miss our regular telephone chats.  She was such a lovely person, and so brave through her deabilitating health problems
