Al has been a very special friend to me over so many years.  I loved her dearly and was always inspired of her courage over the last few years with her health problems.  I have so many wonderful memories of those years both when we had physical times together and then more recently because of distance by phone and by Skype.  She has always been a very important part of my life.  We shared so many laughs and we had a similar sense of humour. I already miss her and will hold those memories dear to me.
